REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our product or service, please let us know! Our policy may include a refund though some restrictions apply., so please review the terms below. Our policy is independent of any statutory rights that you may have under the law.

Shipping, handling and any applicable tax are not refundable.

If you cancel any of our services offerings, you agree to uninstall and delete all copies of digital and copyright material provided to you as part of the product or service from your device(s).

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product or inform your reason for cancellation of service within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In case of services, our team will contact you and try to understand the reasons for your cancellation and will try to solve your issues on mutually beneficial ways and in the most amicable manner possible for both parties.
